If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or exchange it for something else. Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return: 1) Any unopened music CD, VHS tape, or DVD. 2) Any other unused merchandise item in new condition. (Washed or worn clothing will not be accepted for return). Simply mail your item(s) in their original condition and with the invoice if possible. State if you would like a different size, different item, or a refund. We will refund the shipping charges if the order was our mistake or if the item was damaged. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a refund within 7 days of the time we receive the merchandise back. If you request an exchange, the new item will be shipped within 1-3 days of the time we receive the merchandise back. Backordered items: In the rare case of a backorder, we will hold your entire order if the back ordered items will be in stock shortly, otherwise, we will mail the in stock items immediately and send the back order item(s) as soon as they are in stock, at our postage expense. Sales Tax: Sales tax is only charged to customers living in Arizona. Sales tax is only applied to the subtotal of merchandise and The Inside back issues. You are never taxed on shipping and handling. Confirming your order: Your order will not be submitted until you have reviewed its accuracy, and finally click the button "Checkout". A confirmation page will then be presented to you along with an order number. We recommend that you write it down and keep it for future reference. Checking the status of your order: After the order is sent to our computer, we will ship it as soon as possible.
