Shipping Information
USA
Orders shipped to the United States are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS (US Post Office) or FedEx. Orders designated to be shipped to a PO Box may only ship via USPS. Options:
- First Class Mail - 3-7 business days, with Delivery Confirmation. (This option only available for orders weighing 13 oz or less)
- Media Mail - 7-10 business days, with Delivery Confirmation. (This option available only for books, magazines, CDs and DVDs)
- Priority Mail - 2-4 business days, with Delivery Confirmation.
- FedEx Ground - up to 5 business days, with full Tracking.
- FedEx Two-Day - 2 business days*, with full Tracking.
- FedEx Standard Overnight - 1 business day*, with full Tracking.
* For FedEx Two-Day and Overnight, orders will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS (US Post Office). Options:
- First Class Mail International - 6-10 business days*, with Delivery Confirmation. (This option available for orders weighing less than 4 pounds)
- Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days*, with Delivery Confirmation.
* This assumes there will be no delay in Canadian Customs. Delays in Customs are becoming more common lately, and it's something we have no control over. They are still rare, but they do happen! If your package is held in Customs, it could be delayed anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks.
All Other Countries
Van Halen Store has partnered with International Checkout to handle all shipping outside US & Canada. This means orders can be shipped worldwide. Click here for more info.
Please note that some items - like posters and large prints - are often shipped in separate packages to ensure safe packing and delivery.
