We want you to be thrilled in both placing and receiving your order. We pride ourselves on not inflating shipping costs and offer money back when you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We ship via USPS and FedEx (ground and overnight services). Shipping is calculated in real-time, and is based on the weight of the entire order and the number of packages in which the order must ship. Unlike other stores, we do not over-inflate ship costs - they are calculated directly by the carrier gateways.
We ship directly to the following countries:

- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
We are always working on ways to ship to other countries.
We ship using the following methods, which are selectable during checkout. Please note that not all options are always available. The availability of methods is dependent upon destination and the contents of the order.
- First Class Mail - 3-7 business days, with Delivery Confirmation. (This US option only available for orders weighing 13 oz or less)
- Media Mail - 7-10 business days, with Delivery Confirmation. (This US option available only for books, magazines, CDs and DVDs)
- Priority Mail - (US only) 2-4 business days, with Delivery Confirmation.
- FedEx Ground - (US only) up to 5 business days, with full Tracking.
- FedEx Two-Day* - (US only) 2 business days*, with full Tracking.
- FedEx Standard Overnight* - (US only) 1 business day*, with full Tracking.
- First Class Mail International** - 6-10 business days*, with Delivery Confirmation. (This option available for orders weighing less than 4 pounds)
- Priority Mail International** - 6-10 business days*, with Delivery Confirmation.
Saver Shipping: This method is available to select orders shipping to a US destination that reach a certain weight. When you select Saver Shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home/Ground, and should arrive within 5 business days. The discounted cost for Saver Shipping is just $9.95, regardless of the additional size of the order.
PLEASE ALLOW a 1-2 business day lead time on US shipments and a 1-3 business day lead time on international orders.
* For FedEx Two-Day and Overnight, orders will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
** Shipping time assumes there will be no delay in Customs. Delays in Customs are becoming more common lately, and it's something we have no control over. They are still rare, but they do happen! If your package is held in Customs, it could be delayed anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks.

Customs Taxes, Duties and Fees for non-US Customers:
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied when the shipment reaches your country. Van Halen Store has no control over these additional charges, and we've no way to pre-calculate what those charges may be. Since customs policies vary, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for information.
While we make great efforts to ensure products listed as available are in stock, from time to time order overlapping or quality control standards can result in an item ordered being on backorder. In the case of a backorder, we will notify you via email of the expected ship date. If the backordered items will be in stock within one week, we will hold the entire order. Otherwise, we will ship all in-stock item(s) immediately and ship backordered item(s) as soon as they are in stock. Credit cards are charged as items ship.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund* of the purchase price, or for exchange.
*A 5% restocking fee will be charged on returns exceeding $100.00
What can I return?
You may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
Shoes and clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Music and video must be unopened. All packaging, wrapping, and tags must be intact.
Who pays for shipping?
If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will reimburse ship costs for return. We request that such items are returned by the least expensive means.
Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on our site) requires you pay to return the item(s) to us.
How do I return items?
We've made the return/exchange process easy. Simply mail the item(s) in their original condition with the original sales receipt. If you do not have the sales receipt, you may include a piece of paper detailing the purchaser's order number, first and last name, address, phone number and email address.
Please provide instruction (i.e. if it's a return or exchange, and if an exchange the correct size or product details requested).

Refunds will be made by crediting the initial payment method (credit card, PayPal or by check) within 10 days of receipt of your package.
Exchanges will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of your exchange.
