Sammy's "Long Road To Cabo" 2-DVD Set

Filmed on his 2002 Summer tour. Over three hundred hours of material was shot and edited to make this DVD. A combination of live concert performances and a behind-the-scenes look as to what really goes on after the curtain comes down and the audience goes home. If all this isn't enough for any fan, a bonus disc with over four hours of additional material is featured!

In the words of Sammy himself: "When we did our last DVD I was thinking only about a live concert. But this light came on in my head. I started to realize how much more we could do as long as we have a bunch of cameras around 24/7. Why not film everything? Document the whole damn tour, the whole damn year?

"So we did. What we have here is so much more than a concert. (Although the concert footage is the best ever). It's kind of like a movie (yikes) or maybe a documentary on a musician's life, or better yet, a documentary of one year of Sammy & The Waborita's life.

"We did it all. We went on tour. We went to my house. We flew on our plane. Backstage, in the van on the beach, I drove my cars, cooked, we even went to Cabo, wow! It's all here. My kids, wife, mother, brother, sister, etc. etc...

"As an artist I've always tried in my songs & interviews to explain my true feelings about life and how I go about living it. Well, this little movie jumps light years ahead of what I have done up until now. To anyone who's ever wondered what it's like being a Waborita or Sammy or just a musician on the road. It's all right there on the "Long Road To Cabo."
