Browsing & Searching
For your convenience, we've organized every item in our store into familiar categories ("Shirts", "Hats", "Accessories", etc). The categories are listed in blue on the left side of the screen. Note that any items that we've recently added to our store are in the "New Arrivals" category, right at the top of the category list.

To get started, select a category by simply clicking on the link of your choice. Browse through the items you see. If you want more information about any item, simply click on the item's picture and you will find additional information and a larger picture for your inspection. You may purchase the item from this page, by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

You can also search the entire store by typing some text in the SEARCH STORE field that is located at the top right corner of the screen. When you see an item that interests you, simply click on the item and you'll be taken to the product description page. You may purchase the item from this page.

Using your Shopping Cart
To purchase: When you find an item you want, select the size or condition if applicable, and click on the "Add To Cart" button. Your choice will automatically go into your Shopping Cart. During your shopping experience, you will see your Shopping Cart on the right-hand side of the screen (it's there now). When you want to change items or quantities, or check out, simply click the "Update Quantities" or "Checkout" button.

Checkout: When you have everything you want, click on the "Checkout" button and you'll be ready to proceed to our secure page and complete your order. The checkout page is fast and easy to complete.

Three Easy Ways to Order

1) Order Securely Online using your credit or debit card. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Your credit card information is safe with us! It is encrypted then transmitted and stored in a secure database. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars. (International customers note that when paying by credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement).

2) Call in your order using your credit or debit card card at (623)266-3955 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.

If mailing your order, simply write down your name, address, email address (if you have one), and phone number. Then list all the Item Numbers of the items you would like to order. Don't forget to add the appropriate Shipping & Handling cost to the total. Please include your check or money order in U.S. funds, made payable to "Van Halen Store". All personal checks will be held two weeks. (Foreign customers note: We do not accept international checks. We will accept international money orders in U.S. dollars only).
